Exchange Policy Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). Manyavar will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at www.manyavar.com subject to the following conditions.
Products can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. The exchange can be done through online dispatch or in a Manyavar store conveniently located. For both the scenarios it is requested to intimate us.
- An intimation mail is sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Product being fresh ,unused, unaltered and would be inspected by the team .
- Presence of invoice and the tag intact with the piece.
- Entire amount of the product exchanged , to be used.
- Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher.

- Store Returns- We would assist you appropriately with a store conveniently located once your intimation mail is received.
- Online Returns-The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email after the intimation mail.
We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online.
- The existing piece should be sent to our head office Kolkata at your cost.
- A new purchase has to be made with the desired changes.
- Once the New purchase is done kindly mail us your order details along with shipment details of the existing piece which you want to exchange.
- Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will check the product is unused and unaltered.
- After the product is verified, we will make the refund at the earliest.
Cancellation Refund Policy We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. However if there is an item unavailable in your purchase due to any reason, we will promptly inform you via mail within 2 working days of the purchase. After which you have the option of either substituting your product with a same or higher priced product or cancelling the order, for which a refund would be initiated.
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded subject to the following.
- Refund request needs to be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Request to be made by sending us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
- We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
- Refund is initiated after complete inspection of the product being unused and unaltered.
Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
We regard the inherent qualities of our every product with utmost care and we ensure the quality but due to the nature of fabrics and the embroideries on our products, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and any colour bleeding therein.
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size best suited to you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
- Colour Display
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
- Wash care
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the merchandise and follow the same to avoid making any damages to it.
Transactional Disputes Transactional Disputes if any would be subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.
