Manyavar at Phoenix mall Nagar road Pune is a pleasant place to shop. There is adequate variety and the staff are customer friendly. I had made an incorrect purchase (my own fault) of a safa and a stole. I did not have the outfit with me at the time of making the purchase. The safa and stole color did not go well with the sherwani. A mistake at my end. Should not have made the purchase without the outfit, the outfit was in another city. 2 weeks later when I managed to try out the entire outfit, I realized the mistake. Reached out to Jainul over a phone call, who had assisted us with the purchase. I shared the issue that the color of safa and stole did not go well with sherwani and checked if an exchange is allowed as per company policy. Jainul reverted 20 mins later asking me to get the outfit and visit the store. Our family revisited the store with outfit and earlier purchased stole and safa. Jainul conducted a check if it was used. Both the products had their original packaging and tags attached to them. He helped us with another set of stole and safa. We made the right color selection this time. And purchased a juti as well as pocket square. The store manager Asim, had reverted the amount of earlier set of stole and safa, and deducted from the current bill. We were surprised by the gesture. Asim and Jainul are wonderful people. Understanding the genuineness of the issue and helping us throughout. A wonderful end user experience indeed. Restoring faith in being honest.

The store had a good range of traditional outfits, and the quality seemed nice overall. The staff was polite and assisted when needed. I just wish there was a bit more variety in the collection.
