If you do not agree then you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Gift Card Policy and may abstain from using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein. 

• This is a Manyavar & Mohey Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and can be redeemed at the listed stores and the official website, www.manyavar.com.
• The person with the GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
• When redeeming offline, the beneficiary should announce the intent to use the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase.
• The GV/e-Pay is applicable for select brands/categories, and there may be merchandise in the store for which the GV/e-Pay may not be applicable; hence, please contact the customer desk for clarification.
• GV/e-Pay will not apply to Custom Tailoring bills.
• The GV can be converted into e-Pay at the convenience of the holder.
• The e-Pay option is available only when the Manyavar website is accessed through a mobile browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. on a mobile phone). The e-Pay option is not available on the desktop version of the website.
• The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
• After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance.
• GV/e-Pay bearers can check their unused card balance and validity on the Manyavar & Mohey stores and websites.
• The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with other promo codes or bank offers.
• GV/e-Pay is non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
• The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any circumstances.
• Manyavar & Mohey/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, damaged, stolen, or used without permission.
• Manyavar & Mohey makes full efforts to accept the GV/e-Pay, but on account of any technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
• Vedant Fashions Limited (Manyavar)/GyFTR reserves its right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the GV/e-Pay at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be binding on the users/bearer of the GV/e-Pay.
• Any dispute should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Kolkata courts only.

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be converted to e-Pay only via the mobile browser on the Manyavar website
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CANNOT be used for Custom Tailoring bills.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CANNOT be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.
