My Shopping Experience at Reliance Trends, Karol Bagh I recently visited the Reliance Trends store in Karol Bagh, Delhi, hoping to pick up some trendy outfits without spending too much. While my visit had its fair share of positives, there were also a few disappointing moments. Here’s my honest experience: The Good Stuff 1. Affordable Fashion One thing I really liked about the store was the pricing. I always check online before shopping, and surprisingly, some items at Trends were actually cheaper than what I found online. For someone who loves a good deal, this was a pleasant surprise. I ended up buying a couple of trendy shirts and a pair of jeans — all within my budget. The quality was decent for the price, which made me feel like I was getting good value for my money. 2. Trendy Collection Their clothing range felt pretty up-to-date. I noticed a lot of stylish options, especially in the men’s casual wear section. They had trendy t-shirts, fashionable jeans, and some nice formals too. If you're someone who likes to keep up with the latest fashion without spending too much, this place is a decent bet. The women’s section, from what I could see during my walk around, seemed to have a wide variety of modern outfits as well. 3. Accessible for Everyone Something that caught my eye was the wheelchair placed near the entrance. It’s nice to see stores making an effort to accommodate differently-abled shoppers. Not all stores take this extra step, so I genuinely appreciated this thoughtful touch. 4. Convenient Location The store’s location on Pusa Road near the Karol Bagh Metro Station is super handy. Since it's in a busy shopping area, I could easily explore other shops after finishing at Trends. The area is full of eateries and other retail stores, so combining your visit with some extra shopping or a snack break is easy. 5. Good for Budget Shopping For anyone who prefers budget shopping, Reliance Trends offers a variety of options. While the selection might not always be extensive, you can still find some good pieces if you take your time browsing. The Not-So-Good Stuff 1. Frustrating Store Layout I wanted to browse the men's section, which is in the basement. Unfortunately, there’s no direct entry to the basement from outside. Instead, I had to walk through the entire ground floor — mostly filled with women’s clothing — just to reach the men’s section. Honestly, it felt like an unnecessary hassle. If you know exactly what you’re looking for, this detour can feel frustrating, especially when the store is crowded. 2. Unpleasant Ambience in the Men's Section Once I finally reached the men’s section, I noticed a weird smell that made the place feel stuffy. It wasn’t unbearable, but it definitely made me want to finish my shopping quickly rather than browse comfortably. Adding to this, the staff in the men’s section seemed to be missing most of the time, which made finding the right sizes or styles even more challenging. 3. Poor Staff Assistance Speaking of staff, my overall impression wasn’t great. The salespeople seemed disinterested, barely offering any help. Even when I asked for a particular size, they just told me to “check the rack” instead of assisting me properly. While I understand stores can get busy, the staff’s lack of engagement left a bad impression. In comparison to other stores in the area, the customer service here felt below average. 4. Payment Delays After picking my items, I had to wait longer than expected to pay. Despite being a large store with plenty of customers, only two payment counters were open. This created a frustratingly long queue, which felt like it dragged on longer than my actual shopping time. It’s something the management really needs to improve, especially during peak shopping hours. 5. Inconsistent Stock Updates While they had some trendy pieces, I also noticed that some parts of their collection felt outdated. It seemed like certain sections weren’t restocked frequently, which could be disappointing if you're hoping to see fresh arrivals every visit.

Stylish Up to date collections and new price rates are quite affordable. I always check online before ordering any clothes and most of the time Trends seem cheaper and more accessible. Nice experience.

I really loved their collections. Got coupons and also utilised my coupons. Purchased lots of kurti and trousers at cost effective prices. Left these 2 kurtis, waa confused so clicked picture. Purchased many others with white decent trousers. Supportive staff. Wall hanger was broken though in the changing room.
